Event Description
Don't let the 'bug' get you this season! SLGL/Workforce Wellness is holding a flu shot clinic. The clinic is open to Concord area businesses, groups, friends, family and co-workers. (Must be at least 4 years of age).
The following insurances will be accepted: MVP, Anthem, Harvard Pilgrim, and Tufts. *Please have insurance card(s) available at the clinic. Otherwise, the shots is $27.00. Receipts will be available for claim filing/reimbursement.
