A Brand New Program: One Less Victim™
Amherst, New Hampshire – February 13, 2010
I am very pleased and excited to announce a new and unique program being offered through Gagnon Adaptive Training. Mary R. Howe of Life Development Strategies, LLC and James D Gagnon of Gagnon Adaptive Training have formed an amazing partnership; bringing you an exciting, well-rounded program that will help women who have endured the trauma of assault and domestic violence.
Mary Howe is an EFT {Emotional Freedom Technique} practitioner, Certified Hypnotist, Life Coach and an ordained non-denominational minister. Her approach on releasing fears, trauma, and other de-habilitating emotions are highly effective, giving most clients relief and release with just the first session. Her unique approach is gentle but powerful, as she gives women the tools to rebuild their lives in the way they choose.
Through this exclusive program, we now have the resources to offer women who have suffered a traumatic experience the opportunity to take back their lives through education, and learning self defense. This program was designed to enable women with a sense of self-realization of their own physical power, a place to feel safe, while supporting them as they heal the inner and spiritual self.
This program will help create a strong inner core, awaken the instinctual sense, while giving women the power so that they can shed the sense of being the victim.
We have designed this program also for those women who haven’t experienced any trauma but hold the fear that it could happen to them. This is a valuable course in every aspect. It will help women release any fears of being a potential victim and it will leave them with a set of skills in which to defend themselves.
We will be offering group and individual sessions. Please feel free to call with any questions. Mary and James are proud to have formed this powerful program and are here to help women take back their lives. They are committed to empowering women from the inside and out to become…ONE LESS VICTIM!
The main focus: Teaching women how to heal their wounds while learning the techniques of self defense. Two empowering lessons rolled into one unique program.
Take the first step by looking into the mirror and saying, “I will not be the victim…”
