Cindy, There are some great ideas going here! It would be wonderful to see NH towns implement some of the different programs/incentives in this article.

Somewhere there is a 'formula' showing how much of your dollar is kept locally when you shop locally. Where is this study so we can reference it with authority? It would be nice to know how much of your dollar is kept within your own town when you shop locally.
