definition of small business

If I understand correctly, the US government defines "small" business as fewer than 250 employees. In New Hampshire, a company with 25+ is "big" business.

Perhaps we should push State government to define finer filters on benefits and mandates. Outrageous examples are available within the power generation and hospitality industries.
