It may seem unthinkable, but when you do stop to think about it, it's an undeniable fact: There is a finite number of IP addresses.  What's more, those IPs are running out fast. In fact, ICANN, which oversees Internet domains, has already issued its last block of IPv4 addresses.

While the buzz the Super Bowl ads create is on a slightly bigger budget than my clients can typically reach (a cool $3 million for 30 seconds), I've assembled my top five commercials from last night's big game. What can I say?  I'm an advertising freak, a MadMen diehard, a marketing consultant, and with the Patriots not playing (still not sure what happened there), I certainly wasn't interested in the game.

The Super Bowl is this coming Sunday... or haven't you heard? The political news of the day seems to have crowded out the sports section lately, so you could be forgiven if this particular item has slipped past your attention. In fact, I heard it opined today that senator-elect (and Cosmo model turned action figure) Scott Brown might get more air time this week than Colts All-Pro quarterback (and ubiquitous shill) Peyton Manning.
