I am attorney in the Corporate Practice Group of Devine, Millimet & Branch, P.A., concentrating my practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. I have extensive experience counseling clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, trademark and copyright registration, contract drafting and negotiation, debt and equity financing, business formation and corporate governance, employment and commercial leasing.

Prior to joining Devine Millimet, I practiced in Massachusetts for seven years focusing on corporate and commercial transaction matters for small and medium-sized businesses.

I deliver knowledgeable and practical advice to clients in an understandable manner. I foster strong client relationships through my straightforward approach to meeting my clients' objectives in a timely and thorough fashion.

I am involved in a number of professional and business organizations and currently serve as the President of the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association and as a member of the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua. I also teach an undergraduate business law course at Granite State College.
