Authentically Collaborate and Win!
Sometimes you can’t win unless you collaborate!
It’s important to recognize how this can propel you closer to your goals. It’s also important to recognize that in the process of collaboration no one is left to experience the sensation of losing.
There are many business leaders who are so focused on the win, they fail to realize just how collaborating can progress their goals.
They fail to see this because they believe someone else should lose.
They are so dysfunctionally competitive they take their eye off their employees and customers. So let’s look at this from two perspectives:
