Is your small business suffering from "Diluted Sales Management"?

One of my associates is conducting a very important study of small businesses and how they handle the challenges of managing their sales organizations. He has identified a critical issue that small businesses face; that being “diluted sales management”. This occurs when the person responsible for managing sales has other responsibilities such as running the business, selling, doing marketing etc. Typically the result is
higher sales turnover and lower than expected revenues.

The purpose of this study is to better understand the sales management dynamic in small companies and to
identify potential resources that will help small business owners to more effectively manage the sales function. This survey is intended for the CEO/President/Owner of companies with less than 15 salespeople.

All survey results will be shared with you in the form of a white paper that will be published later this year. The survey takes just 6 to 10 minutes. Just click on the link below.
